Notification Of A New Bank Account

You can choose from the following options:

Self-service
The convenient and most secure way for you to notify us of a change of bank account is to do it yourself through mypension*, our scheme member self service facility.

* Please note that registering for mypension requires the posting of a password that can only be sent to the address we currently hold for you. If you have also moved address and would not want the password to be sent to your old address then you should choose one of the other options available

Telephone
If you have registered for our pensions password service and know the answers to the security questions you have set, we can change your bank account via a phone call. Simply call 01226 772923 during office hours and you will be transferred to a member of our staff who will make the change to your payroll records.

In Writing
You can write to us at, 18 Regent Street, Barnsley S70 2HG. In addition to your new bank account details (name of bank, sort code and account number) please include your National Insurance Number so that we can identify you.
