Pension Password Service

For data security reasons, SYPA cannot discuss your personal information over the telephone or change your personal details on our records without your written authority.

Therefore we operate a pension password service (PPS) which allows our members , who have registered for it, to request personal information and change their address or bank account details (if they are receiving benefits) by telephone . Alternatives are registering for our secure online service, mypension or submitting a request in writing.

To register for the PPS please download the form below giving your mother’s maiden name and a unique password. Once completed please return to us at the address on the bottom of the form.

Once registered every time you contact us you by telephone you will be asked to confirm your password, your mother’s maiden name and provide at least two other pieces of information personal to you.

In the event you contact us and you have forgotten your password we will not be able to respond to you with personal information over the telephone but we will issue you with another form to re-register with a new password. You may also complete a further form should you wish to change your password for any other reason.
