Useful information about the site The following information gives a general overview of information relevant to this website. We have tried to make this website as user friendly as possible and have thoroughly tested it in the latest browsers. Some older browsers are not able to take advantage of current technology such as javascript and cascading style sheets and present information in a linear fashion. If you experience any problems, or think the page is not displaying, or working as it should, we suggest that you upgrade to a later version of the software. Please note these are only suggestions and SYPA will not be held responsbile for any technical problems arising from this site.

Downloadable documents Most documents on this site are in PDF format. It is therefore recommended that you have Pdf reader installed on your PC. Pdf reader can be installed from the Adobe Site .
If you have difficulties obtaining information from a pdf you can use Adobe's Web-based conversion service to produce an HTML version.
We appreciate that it must be extremely frustrating to not be able to access information through no fault of you own but we ask you to be patient whilst we continue to work on improving the accessibility of our site.
