Where possible we try to provide downloadable documents in multiple formats including

and Microsoft Office or an equivalent package installed on your PC. Pdf reader can
be installed from the Adobe Site.
Pdf downloadable documents will be indicated by the following PDF icon
If you have difficulties obtaining information from a pdf you can use Adobes Web-based conversion service to produce an HTML version (however, please be aware that the standard of HTML produced is not great).
Where possible we try to provide structured downloadable documents.
We appreciate that it must be extremely frustrating to not be able to access information through no fault of you own but we ask you to be patient whilst we continue to work on improving the accessibility of our site.

Although not strictly text-only, these pages are quicker loading and useful if you do not need the images or if you are on a slow connection.
The main sections of the website are listed across the top. Choosing a menu option from the top then produces a sub menu down the left hand side of the screen.
There is also a breadcrumbs trail at the top of the screen which shows you the pages you have currently accessed to get to the page you are currently viewing.
At the bottom left of the screen (below the sub menus) there is a search facility. You have the option to search for a page listed in alphabetical order or there is a keyword search.
At the top right we have provided a feature to allow you to change the size of the text. Our site has been set up using relative font sizing so this size will be based on the size you currently have set in your browser. You also have the option to change the background and foreground colours.
We realise that you do not always want the menu options to be printed every time you print a page from our site so we have produced a printer friendly page. This option is at the top right hand side of the screen.
These guides are to help you download and install the different players used on the SYPA website onto your computer for FREE.

The Flash site is very clever and can tell which system and which browser you are using to look at its site!
Go to the Flash Player Download Centre.
If you are using Internet Explorer all you need to do is click on the Install Now Button
Click through any dialog boxes that appear and Flash will be installed automatically onto your computer.
If you are using Netscape - you will need to click on the Download Now button, as shown below.
A box will appear asking you where to save the Installer.
Save the Installer to your desktop and wait for it to download completely.
An Installer icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it. You will have to read and click through the dialog boxes.
When the "Install" button appears, click it to install Macromedia Flash Player into your browser's plug-ins folder.
Your Web browser will launch a new window. When you see the Macromedia Flash Player movie playing, the installation is successful.
