REFURBISHMENT CONTRACT

INVITATION TO TENDER

Contractors are invited to show their interest in entering a tendering process for the refurbishment of reception, common areas and 15,000 sq ft of CAT A office floor space in an office building in Surrey, with an estimated value of £600,000 to £650,000

Commercial property insurance valuations contract

 

 

The Authority is inviting indications of interest in the above contract from suitably qualified and competent practices (where at least one partner or director is a member of the RICS) who can demonstrate an ability to provide fire insurance reinstatement assessments for commercial property investment portfolios. Following an initial selection process a limited number of applicants will be asked to submit tenders.  This notice in itself is not an invitation to tender.

Requests for further information should be made in writing to the Authority at 18 Regent Street, Barnsley S70 2HG (ref:  INV/JNH).  The final date for receipt of indications of interest is by close of business Monday 15 February 2016.
