South Yorkshire Pensions Authority monitors, measures and reports its performance each month against the standards published in its customer charters and against the targets set by its Elected Members. These standards are set in line with Industry Best practice. The graphs shown detail the Authority’s performance over the last 12 months in the areas of priority and non-priority work and its overall performance in these combined areas.
