Register for mypension.
If you would like to contact us about the mypension portal, please note the following:
- Your username could be your email address and is not case sensitive (although on the latest version of mypension (post 24/04/2019) you can now change your username to be anything.
- Passwords and security answers are case sensitive and you are allowed – 5 attempts.
- Members can now reset ALL their own security details online.
- If your account is locked, it will be unlocked automatically after approximately 40 mins.
