The convenient and most secure way for you to notify us of a change of bank account is to do it yourself through mypension

* When registering if your details successfully match our records, an activation code will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you have supplied a different email address to the one we hold for you, an activation code will be posted to your home address within 5 working days.
If you have registered for our pensions password service and know the answers to the security questions you have set, we can change your bank account via a phone call. Simply call 01226 772923 during office hours and you will be transferred to a member of our staff who will make the change to your payroll records.
You can write to us at, Floor 8, Gateway Plaza, Sackville Street, Barnsley. S70 2RD. In addition to your new bank account details (name of bank, sort code and account number) please include your National Insurance Number so that we can identify you.
You can visit any of our offices and our staff will take the details of your new bank account from you.
You can email or send a text to 07786 204697 but for security reasons we can only respond by sending a form for you to complete and return to us. Please include your National Insurance Number in any e-mail or text so that we can identify you. For security reasons please do not include your bank account details in the email or text.
