Governance is the combination of processes by which an organisation ensures that it is operating so that it can achieve its objectives and demonstrate compliance with proper standards of probity. Members Learning and Development Strategy

Members of the Pensions Authority and Local Pension Board need to ensure that they have an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding in order to make decisions in relation to the Pension Fund. This strategy sets out the process for ensuring that this is the case.
