The Investment Strategy Statement explains how much of the Pension Fund we invest in each type of investment, the targets which we expect those investments to achieve and the decision-making processes we use in relation to investment. It also sets out our broad attitude to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues as they affect investment. We have to update the Investment Strategy Statement whenever we make a significant change in any aspect of how we invest and what we invest in.
