Change of bank account

To change the details we hold for you, you can do it in one of the following ways:

Self-service

The easiest and most secure way for you change the bank account we pay your pension to is through mypension. You can register for mypension opens in new window at any time.

In writing

You can write to us at the address below. Just remember to include your National Insurance Number so we can identify you, together with your new bank account details (name of bank, sort code and account number) and your signature. Alternatively to link to our 'Notification of Change of Bank details', go to the Forms page.

In person

You can visit our office (at the address below) and our staff will take your new bank account details from you.

Other methods

You can email Customer Services or send a text to 07786 204697 but for security reasons we can only respond by sending a form for you to complete and return to us. Please include your National Insurance Number in any e-mail or text so that we can identify you.

Please note: Pension payments can only be made into an account of which you are the sole or joint holder.
