Between 28 – 36 days of annual leave, with opportunity to accrue 13 extra days.
We have a 35-hour work week, and you can work flexible hours between 7am – 7pm & work from home up to 3 days a week (following a successful 6-month probationary period).

Our LGPS pension is a defined benefit scheme, in which how much you contribute doesn’t impact the amount you receive, rather it is calculated based on your salary as well as your years of service. We currently have three salary sacrifice schemes available, these are Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) and a car and bicycle purchasing scheme. The cost for these will come from your salary, which means that both you and SYPA will have a reduced amount of tax to pay.
