Telephone appointments
We have updated our appointment system to meet with our members demands and needs. Telephone appointments provide flexibility, and our experienced staff can help with your query without the need for a face-to-face appointment. With telephone appointments we can offer a time slot 5 days a week meaning your query could be sorted much quicker and without the need to book time off work to visit us.
If during your telephone appointment we felt it necessary for a face-to-face appointment either online or at Oakwell House, then a member of the team will book a follow up appointment.
