Freedom of Information and Transparency

The Pensions Authority has to comply with the Freedom of Information Act and various other pieces of legislation concerned with making information available to the public.


The Freedom of Information Act requires us to produce a scheme setting out the information that we routinely make available. To link to the 'FoI Publication Scheme', go to the governance library explains how to obtain some information and whether there is a charge.

To ask us for details of the information we might hold about you if you are or have been a member of the Pension Fund a subject access request or more general information a freedom of information request
