An apprenticeship is an excellent gateway to achieve a qualification whilst being paid and gaining valuable hands-on experience. An SYPA apprenticeship provides on the job training, meaning you are earning and learning at the same time. Additionally, you will also receive time during the work week for you to complete your supplementary college work. At SYPA, we are very proud of our apprenticeship completion rate, with opportunities to apply to permanent roles following these placements. We have had apprentices working in a range of distinct roles in our organisation, each that allow you to learn a different and specialised skillset. Some previous examples of roles are:

We offer Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships

Length of placement:

Depending on the role you have applied for, the apprenticeship scheme can last between 12 – 18 months.

Our new Apprentice pay rate from 1 April 2025

All apprentices will be placed on Grade A, Scale Point 2 of our Pay Scale on appointment regardless of their age.

The salary currently for Grade A Scale Point 2 is £24,413 per annum, which equates to £13.41 per hour.
