Please note:

• When booking your appointment, that we require at least 7 days notice for our staff to prepare for the appointment. Telephone appointments require 2 days notice.

• To choose your preferred appointment date/time please click the appointment. At the next stage select:
» Book Now, then
» Next and
» Place Booking.

• If successful, you will see a confirmation message on screen and receive an email notification upon booking and also a reminder 1 day prior to your Appointment.
Separately, if you selected an 'online appointment' - you will receive joining instructions for the video call.
