The convenient and most secure way for you to notify us of a change of address is to do it yourself through mypension*, our scheme member self service facility.
* When registering if your details successfully match our records, an activation code will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you have supplied a different email address to the one we hold for you, an activation code will be posted to your home address within 5 working days.
If you have registered for our pensions password service and know the answers to the security questions you have set, we can change your address via a phone call. Simply call 01226 772923 during office hours and you will be transferred to a member of our staff who will make the change to your address.
You can write to us at, Floor 8, Gateway Plaza, Sackville Street, Barnsley. S70 2RD. In addition to your new address please include your National Insurance Number so that we can identify you
You can visit our office at Gateway and our staff will take the details of your new address from you.
You can email or send a text to 07786 204697 but for security reasons we can only respond by sending a form for you to complete and return to us. Please include your National Insurance Number in any e-mail or text so that we can identify you.
