To notify us of the death of a member, please complete the form below.
When a member, who is in receipt of a pension, passes away, their benefits will no longer be payable.
To prevent any overpayment of pension, and to help us determine if any dependants’ benefits are payable, for any of our members, the Fund should be informed immediately:
• inform us of the death by completing the form below
• contact our Customer Services Team on 0300 303 6160 (Mon-Fri 9.30am – 4.30pm).
A member of our benefits team will then write out to you with the next steps. We will also require sight of the death certificate (please only send a photocopy, we do not need to see the original document). You can email a copy to
