You can choose from the following options:
Self-service
The convenient and most secure way for you to notify us of a change of address is to do it yourself through
mypension*,
our scheme member self service facility.
* When registering if your details successfully match our records, an activation code will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Telephone
If you successfully answer all the security questions, we can take your change of address over the telephone. Simply call 0300 303 6160 during office hours.
In writing
You can write to us at, Oakwell House, 2 Beevor Court, Pontefract Road, Barnsley. S71 1HG. In addition to your new address please include your National Insurance Number so that we can identify you and please remember to sign and date the letter.
In person
You can visit our office at Oakwell House and our staff will take the details of your new address from you. Please remember to bring some identification.
Other methods
You can email
Customer Services or send a text to 07786 204697 but for security reasons we can only respond by sending a form for you to complete and return to us. Please include your National Insurance Number in any e-mail or text so that we can identify you.
